Lisa and Chris were married on the 10th October 2014 at St Margarets Church, Bowers Gifford followed by the reception held at Channels in Little Waltham.
We started our day with Lisa and her 3 bridesmaids in Benfleet. We captured some lovely shots of Lisa with the ladies in the garden, Lisa looked great in her Ivory wedding gown and complimented by her pretty Autumnal deep Red and Orange bouquet. The bridesmaid dresses also looked fabulous in Bright Red and really stood out with the greenery of the garden in the background, they all had lovely Autumnal Red posies to compliment their dresses and match Lisa’s too.
We travelled to St Margarets Church to meet Chris, the 2 Best Men and 2 Ushers. They all looked very dapper in their dark Grey morning suits with Ivory waistcoats and Red cravats and button holes, here we caught some great shots of the men standing together outside the church, and walking towards us full of smiles.
After the ceremony we traveled back to Channels for the reception, whilst the guests relaxed with a drink or two we took Chris and Lisa off for their traditional wedding photographs around the grounds. We know Channels extremely well and know all the fabulous spots to capture great photographs.
We started off by the lake at the front of the venue with Chris and Lisa standing next to their hired Cream vintage wedding car, we set ourselves back across the other side of the lake so we can capture our newly weds, the car and also their reflections in the lake, this always makes for a stunning shot. We also took Lisa and Chris to the sweeping driveway for some romantic walking shots, to the L shaped barn for some more lovely photographs, we particularly love the dropping pose, with Chris leaning into Lisa and Lisa leaning right back held in Chris’s arms, just beautiful!
Back at the drinks reception we took our group shots and some fun shots of the bridesmaids and groomsmen, they loved taking part in the bridesmaids pushing their posies out towards the camera with Lisa and the guys jumping as high as they could with Chris behind them.
